All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Hedwig25.com, including but not limited to merchandise, event tickets, digital products, and promotional items, are final and non-refundable.

By placing an order through Hedwig25.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued after a purchase has been completed.

• No returns will be accepted.

• No exchanges will be provided.

• Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Merchandise Orders

Due to the limited-edition and event-related nature of our merchandise, all merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchase

• Delivery delays outside our control

• Gift purchases
  

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before checkout.

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Tickets may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Travel issues

• Personal circumstances

• Changes in plans

• Inability to attend the event

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement item if available. Requests may require photographs and proof of purchase.

Replacement requests do not constitute a refund and do not alter our all-sales-final policy.

Event Changes

In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of an event, any remedies available will be determined solely by the event organizer, venue, or ticketing provider and may be subject to their applicable policies and legal obligations.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting the Hedwig25 tour.

Many of our merchandise items are offered as pre-orders and may be produced specifically for tour sales and fulfillment. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Merchandise

Items marked as Pre-Order are not immediately available for shipment. Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page whenever possible.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your payment will be processed at the time your order is placed.

• Shipping dates are estimates and are subject to change.

• Production, supply chain delays, tour scheduling changes, or other circumstances may affect fulfillment timelines.

• Orders containing pre-order items may not ship until all items in the order are available.

We appreciate your patience and support as we prepare and fulfill your order.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Once merchandise becomes available, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hedwig25.com is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact both the carrier and our customer support team as soon as possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
