By placing an order through Hedwig25.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued after a purchase has been completed.

• No returns will be accepted.

• No exchanges will be provided.

• Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise Orders

Due to the limited-edition and event-related nature of our merchandise, all merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
